First Tapco Circuit Supply Installation of New Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials’ Improved Metalization Process
Chicago, IL – January 5, 2006 —
Tapco Circuit Supply successfully installed Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials’ C3000-1 process at a Chicagoland account. The C3000-1 process is an improved version of the C3000 chemistry. For customer boards that include small holes, lead free soldering, and stringent IST via testing, the C3000-1 provides a more robust process. The customer chose the process over competitive processes due to the C3000-1 process window and the RHEM/TCS technical support helping to install and maintain the process. After several months, the customer continues to be satisfied with the C3000-1 and our support.
